From now on, all administrative and prescription requests should be submitted using our Accurx Contact Us link:
This system is directly linked to your patient record, which means:

Your request is saved securely into your medical record

Everything is traceable and auditable

Requests reach the right team quickly, helping us to deal with them more efficiently
Please use Accurx for the following:

Repeat prescription – order a prescription or ask a question about your medication

Fit (sick) note – request a medical statement about your fitness to work

Routine care appointment – such as long-term condition reviews, medication reviews, vaccinations and screening

Test results – ask about the results of a recent test

Referral follow-up – query an existing referral

Doctor’s letter – including private, insurance, or educational letters

Exceptions
We understand that not all patients can use online forms. If you have a learning disability, are elderly, have significant mental health needs, or do not have access to a mobile device or the internet, please contact the practice directly and our reception team will help you.
