IMPORTANT INFORMATION


All appointments are subject to cancellation or rescheduling.  All appointments will take place remotely, where possible.  If you think you may have Coronavirus, please visit the NHS 111 website, where you will be able to check your symptoms and get some information on how to self-isolate. 


If you have any other URGENT medical need, please telephone the surgery and ask for a call back from a member of the clinical team, where you will be given a telephone call or video consultation. A very small number or patients may need to be seen in the surgery.  These patients will be given special instructions.  ONLY COME TO THE SURGERY IF YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.

Welcome to Copsewood Medical Centre

We are a small, well established practice situated just off the Binley Road in Coventry. We look after 5,000+ patients, with 3 doctors, 2 trainee GP registrars, 3 Nurses and 1 HCA.  We are also involved in teaching medical students and training GPs.  Our doctors are experienced and professional and have a diversity of medical interests and skills.  We have a commitment to the highest standards, and we hope that our patients make considerate use of our NHS facilities, as we aim for continuous improvement as resources permit. 


Covid-19

If you ARE or KNOW anybody who is ELDERLY or VULNERABLE, "APPOINT US" are HELPING by offering a service for patients which includes; essential shopping, arranging hot meal delivery, picking up prescriptions, walking dogs and checking in on patients advised to self-isolate or socially distance as part of Covid-19 guidance.
