IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All appointments are subject to cancellation or rescheduling.  All appointments will take place remotely, where possible.  If you think you may have Coronavirus, please visit the NHS 111 website, where you will be able to check your symptoms and get some information on how to self-isolate.

If you have any other URGENT medical need, please telephone the surgery and ask for a call back from a member of the clinical team, where you will be given a telephone call or video consultation. A very small number or patients may need to be seen in the surgery.  These patients will be given special instructions.  ONLY COME TO THE SURGERY IF YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.

Home Visits

Doctor's bag

If possible, please try to telephone the practice reception before 10.30am if you require a home visit.

Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Surgery.

Home visits usually take place during the lunchtime period, between the end of morning surgery and the start of afternoon surgery (12pm-3pm).

To request a home visit, please:

  • Call the surgery on 024 7645 7497 before 10.30am.
  • Be prepared to tell the receptionist about your condition so we can prioritise the most urgent cases and arrange the most appropriate course of action.
  • Ensure the surgery has up-to-date details of your address and telephone number(s).
