Noticeboard

We will be moving the ordering of repeat prescriptions to the NHS POD on 15th January 2017. This service was set up in Coventry over 2 years ago and many GP practices have already made the move.

The NHS POD service is provided by NHS Coventry & Rugby Clinical Commissioning Group. All calls are answered by dedicated, experienced and fully trained call handlers. We will be cascading information across the practice over the next few weeks. See Reception for further details.

Repeat Prescriptions

Prescription requests require two working days to process. They can be dropped into the prescription box, sent via the post with a self addressed envelope, by fax or by email.

Prescription requests cannot be taken over the telephone.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
